Juene is a keyboard player with considerable experience mainly in NSW. She enjoys playing for Sequence Dances and is willing to travel. She has all her own equipment. Some samples of her playing can be found below. She also does jazz, pop and rock! |
Recently she has started her own dances in Katoomba, in the Blue Mountains and currently runs them on a fortnightly basis on Saturdays from 2pm - 5pm.
This may change to once a month after August. Still undecided on that one. The dances are currently (July 2022) being held in the St Canice Parish Hall (behind the church), 158 Katoomba Street, Katoomba. Her FaceBook page is called InSequence Dancing. The Event tab lists details and dates.

Juene explains
"I am predominantly a keyboard player but sing on some songs. My keyboard sound is very realistic and I have a good sound system on stage also. I am experienced in New Vogue and Old Time sequenced music. I have a very good repertoire and my choice of music is sophisticated, modern and relatable.
In my previous life, I was part of a duo performing Live Music up and down the North Coast of NSW but when the partnership broke up we went our separate ways, and I have only just started up my own dances in the Blue Mountains since June 2022 as there are no such events up here for dancers.
I enjoy travelling and own my small motorhome which I use when performing outside the Blue Mountains."

NEW for Beginners!!! 30min Dance Lesson will be given prior to main dance program. Doors open at 1pm. Join in, have fun and learn other dances as you dance with other friendly dancers.
Dances held FIRST SATURDAY OF EVERY MONTH with a new dance being taught Each Month, prior to commencement of dance program.
