The Apple Blossom Ball at Batlow has been moved back to November 11 with the recovery Sunday on the 12th.
This decision was made to help with accommodation clashes as many motels in the area have been booked in previous years for workers.
Would you please inform intending visitors of this date change.
Ball time is 7.30pm start and 11.30pm ending and dancing on Sunday commences at 10.30am until 2pm.
This year we have Bak2Bak playing and they are also playing on Sunday.
Food is no longer allowed to be brought into the club premises so no plates for shared supper or table food. Tea and coffee will be provided.
We are endeavouring to work out a suitable arrangement with the club and the Chinese restaurant managers to provide supper on the Ball night.
Sunday lunch can be purchased through the club restaurant.
